Cornerstone Track & Field Club (Three age groups: 6 -9; 10 - 12; 13 and up)

Track and field is more than just a sport—it’s a great way for kids and teens to develop physically, mentally, and socially. Whether they’re sprinting, jumping, or throwing, young athletes gain numerous benefits from participating in track and field.

Practice Days: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
Time:
  • Monday: 5:00 - 6:15 at Saucon Valley High School
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30 - 10:45 am at Cornerstone Fitness

What to Bring: Athletic clothing, running shoes, and a water bottle.
