June 26 - June 29: Strength & Agility (This camp is in Quakertown)
The goal of this program is to introduce and teach the fundamental movement qualities associated with everyday activities and athletics. We will focus on motor skills, strength, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and endurance. During these sessions we will also be teaching the the fundamentals of basic strength movements like pushups, pullups and more!
This instruction will be based off your child's age and ability to learn and perform. Lastly, we use the jump rope, rope climbs, medicine balls, and sleds to develop certain qualities associated with living a strong, healthy life!
