July 11 - July 14: Speed, Agility & Fitness
The goal of the Speed, Agility & Fitness Camp is to teach kids the fundamentals of movement in a fun and challenging environment. Each session is broken down into three parts
- Warmup & Instruction: During the first portion of the session, both groups will stay together as we get the body prepared for training with a thorough warmup and skill instruction.
- Drill Application & Competition: This part of the session will utilize the skills learned from part one and apply them to drills and competitive games.
- Strength & Conditioning: The final part of camp will introduce general fitness principles to the kids in a safe environment. During this time we will jump, throw, climb, monkey bars, push sleds, and more!
