July 25 - July 28: Intro to Strength & Conditioning
The goal of this program is to introduce and teach the fundamental movement qualities associated with everyday activities and athletics. We will focus on motor skills, strength, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and endurance. During these sessions we will also be teaching the the fundamentals of exercises like the deadlift, squat, presses, pullups, and the barbell clean. This teaching will be based off your child's age and ability to learn and perform. Lastly, we use the jump rope, rope climbs, medicine balls, and sleds to develop certain qualities associated with living a strong, healthy life!
