Homeschool Youth Fitness Camp: Feb 17th
On February 17th, we will be offering a two hour youth fitness camp for kids aged 7-11. This session will run from 11-1 and will be held at Cornerstone Fitness.
During these camps, we explore the kids physical capabilities, boost self-esteem and confidence through overcoming challenges, and add in some fun activities and games. It is our goal to teach physical fitness in an engaging and exciting way so that each and every kid has a positive training experience.
