On April 7th, we will be hosting a Speed & Agility Camp for kids aged 7-11 from 10:00 am to Noon.
Over the course of two hours we will cover proper running mechanics, agility, basic strength & fitness exercises (pushups, jump rope, medicine balls, rope climbs, sleds, etc.) obstacle courses, speed games and more!
