Kitchen Chronicles: Vanilla "Shake"

I have spent 29 years on this earth and there is one thing that I have never done: cook fresh and tasty meals. But now, things are beginning to change (thanks primarily to my girlfriend). Every recipe that I will write about comes from her. Now, she can eat anything... as long as it does not contain corn, soy, gluten, or dairy. I have gotten on board with this diet and have not felt better. I have dropped a few pounds, I have been sleeping like a baby, and I walk around with a little more pep in my step!
Vanilla "Shake"

Ingredients
Unsweetened Original Almond Milk
Banana
Avocado
Pure Vanilla Extract

Directions
  1. Pour 2 cups of Almond Milk in blender
  2. Place one-half avocado in blender
  3. Place one banana in blender
  4. Pour one cap of pure vanilla extract into the blender
  5. Blend it up and enjoy

To those who don't eat avocado's, this is an easy way to get them into your diet. The "shake" is very smooth and if you are looking for something comparable to a vanilla milkshake to add into your new diet, this one is a great option! I hope you all enjoy it, I drink this one when I wake up each morning.
