Enjoy a 90-minute yoga session surrounded by sweeping open fields and natural fresh air.
ALL LEVELS are welcome as Sarah Shea Yoga guides you through a journey to rediscover your most authentic self - a path that includes relaxing breathwork, calming meditations, and energizing stretches. No prior yoga experience is needed!
Simply arrive with an open heart and an optimistic mindset. Sarah has been teaching yoga since 2019, including gentle flows, Ashtanga practices, and Vinyasa. She is delighted to be able to teach in such a cozy, inspiring location!
All you will need for the class is to bring a mat and a water bottle. With heaters inside the barn, it can get a bit warm depending on where you decide to sit! Therefore, we recommend you dress in layers (not bulky, just comfortable enough clothing to move in). We can't wait to see you there!
